Code of Conduct
DO's
- Register yourself in the office, the address of your legal guardian with whom you reside at Bhubaneswar. Any change in the address intimate in writing to the office immediately.
- Deposit the fees in the account section only in order to avoid fine and cancellation of registration. What ever fees you do deposit in the accounts section always obtain a money receipt of the same.
- Pay the exact amount of fees as per the schedule due for payment.
- Fees once paid, the institute is not liable to refund the same under any circumstances. No mutual adjustment or settlement of fees is permitted.
- Pay the penalty after due date expires.
- Be punctual. Plan and prepare accordingly to be on time. Please respect and value the time of the faculty.
- Follow the schedule of the classes but do not forget that, it is flexible. Tune your mindset accordingly.
- Class attendance is compulsory. Secure minimum 80% attendance in order to become eligible for internal & university examination.
- Participate and Interact in the class. Adhere to the policies and guidelines framed by the Institute from time to time.
- Communicate in English as much as possible. Do not worry about mistakes.
- Justify the reason of your absence from the classes. If the absence is due to health ground, then submit a medical certificate along with your application duly certified by your parents/local guardian.
- Carry your Identity Cards to classes’ everyday. In case it is misplaced or lost, then intimate in writing along with a fine of Rs.350/-(rupees three hundred only/-) for re-issue
- Inculcate a taste to be presentable as ‘Brand Ambassadors’. Maintain ‘Confidentiality’
- There is a dress code designed for the students of the Institute. Please see yourself that whenever you are present in the campus you are in proper uniform. Formal dress is compulsory for all presentations/seminars/mock interviews and as per requirement.
- Appearing the Internal examinations is mandatory.
- Remember that the evaluation of the Internal Marks is based upon Assignments, Attendance, Mock Interview (S), Presentations & Group Discussions conducted during the semester.
- Respect the Institution and its Members. Think, Behave and Work for its ‘Brand Building’. Maintain absolute ‘Discipline’.
- The Institute belongs to you. Develop a sense of ownership. Keep Your Environment Clean & Healthy (Including Toilets!!!!).
DON'Ts
- Do not park your Bi-cycles or vehicles inside the campus.
- Do not form any club or association in the institute without approval of the Director.
- Do not gossip unnecessarily and discourage wastage of time.
- Do not indulge in any anti-social activity.
- Smoking, Chewing beetle /Tobacco/Chewing gum/Alcohol and other Ignorable(s) is strictly prohibited.
- Do not spit on the walls, floors, and windows of the institute.
- Do not scatter Eatables, Empty Bottles/Glasses inside the Class room/ Board room/Library/Computer Lab and any other related vulnerable place. Use ‘Dustbins’ for such purposes.
- Do not use office Assets and Property for your personal benefit and pleasure
- Do not loiter in the front office without any Sufficient Reason
- Do not tamper any fittings & accessories of the institute.
ASSIGNMENT GUIDELINES
- All Assignments are instructor marked.
- The assignments are designed to encourage the students to upgrade his knowledge in the specific subject.
- The students must collect the assignment topic on the specified day of the week from their concerned course coordinators.
- The assignment must be submitted on the specified day of the week to the subject teachers/course coordinators.
- Delay submission will not be entertained and it will affect the Internal Marks.
- The assignment must be compiled using any word processor or hand written and should be original in nature.
- The supplied cover page must be attached on each submission of the assignment.
